帖子写到这里;估计有些人对我挺有意见。说是掀内裤;掀了半天连皮带都没有抓到。其实我也挺惭愧的;原因不再与我没有兑现自己的承诺;而是我在考虑该怎么继续我的论题。如果一直信马由缰估计会浪费你的不少时间与期待。可是如果真像有些人期望的那样直奔主题;估计你同样觉得没有意思;啥玩意一些不着遍及的理论谁不会说。
同样有人觉得我的文章好像是是么裹脚布;而且还有转载。其实我想说裹脚布也不一定都是你想的那么差;如果扯掉它你能看到美丽的小脚那她同样值得你我期待;就怕到头来你看到的是美丽的大脚。转载也没什么不好;如果他真能让你明白外企的英语面试。可是最不愿意看到的就是;白费半天的力气仍然有很多人不明白外企的工资的游戏规则。如果真是我的朋友;我只想说一句话;难道真要我削你你才明白。
更有人对我的名字很有意见譬如: 但别起这么一个名字:”扒开外企的红内裤;想进外企者进…。”。我取这个名字没有觉得有不好;只不过希望能够让你注意;也许对你有帮助了。可是我想提醒你;我用的是掀开不是你说的扒开。没有一个人能够完全明白外企的文化;所以用掀开也只是希望窥探其一角。可是你的扒开不觉得太霸道也太粗鲁了;万一碰到你心仪的女生就不怕告你强奸吗?
罗唆了半天我想该提到简历了;简历的重要我想不用我说了;实际上它几乎代表了你能否成功应聘的八成。怎样写是很有学问的;譬如妙龄女郎的衣服;穿多了太过臃肿没法体现曲线;穿少了稍显轻浮无法引起正派公子的青睐。我们太多的求职者急于推荐自己;恨不得罗列出所有的信息;其实这是写简历的大忌;期望每天阅人无数的HR认认真真看完你的裹脚布不太现实。记得有一次帮助HR整理简历;她们要我把那些没有用的封皮学校介绍啊等等直接扯掉;留下一页简单的关于个人的基本信息。有很多装订精美没办法分开的干脆直接进了垃圾桶。靠;你以为你是谁;像总理一样给小日本作报告呢?
万绿丛中一点红;;这就是你的简历要达到的效果;必须要HR一眼就注意的你的简历;否则只有进入垃圾堆或者被删除的命运。删除并不可惜;可惜的是坐在电脑旁边的呢或许一个月后仍然在期待;仍然电话不敢关机;是啊万一她们打来电话呢;那可是我心仪的公司啊。这完全是杞人忧天;求职永远要向前看;如果HR对你有兴趣她一定会找到你;哪怕你的电话关机三天。如果对你没有兴趣;哪怕你跪地求饶也无济于事。
所以我的建议;无论投简历还是面试;忘记前面那一个;立即精神抖擞进入下一个;天要下雨娘要嫁人;随她去吧。到底怎样写简历;看来只有下回说了;睡觉去了。
